Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened hygiene products (e.g. resistance bands, gloves)
• Downloadable digital products
• Sale or clearance items

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
